Feedback for HPE
Vivit's goal with our HPE Feedback Program is to supplement and maintain
coordination with HPE's Customer Advocacy Program. We believe that once you
hear the voice of your customer/user, you can make informed decisions that
drive changes and improvements in processes, people, deliverables,
documentation - everything that surrounds the customer experience.
Vivit's Feedback to HPE Program aims to provide:
- A closed-loop feedback
process with which customer/user satisfaction is regularly measured, action
is taken and management is provided with accurate and timely reporting.
- A forum (Collective Voice)
where customer/user could provide HPE with regular constructive feedback.
- Direct Representation to HPE software Product and Business Management teams
Opportunities to directly
interact with HPE Staff at Vivit's events.
