New Support Customer Forums gain momentum!
Support’s new ‘Support Customer Forums’ are now live for 5 products! Customers
who have a valid support contract for our Service Manager, Network Node
Manager, Project and Portfolio Management, Functional Testing (QTP), and/or
Quality Center products have been granted access to the new forums located in
the HP Software Solutions Community. Now in Q3 we will
extend this offering to 11 additional products!

opportunity to use a secure environment to discuss technical issues, best
practices and "how to” type questions with other customers and with GSD Support
Engineers. Our expert teams of HP engineers will be actively monitoring these
