Introducing SiteScope 11.20

We’re pleased to announce SiteScope version 11.20! This new release includes many new capabilities that enhance the core values SiteScope has always provided for customers: a solution for comprehensive agentless monitoring of heterogeneous environments that is easy to use, deploy and maintain and that helps IT become more proactive by identifying performance and availability issues before they impact end users. The key themes of the SiteScope 11.20 release include improvements in Enterprise Readiness including automated mirroring for failover/high availability; new technology Integrations including improved integration with Operations Manager; new Custom Monitors that broaden the existing SiteScope monitor capabilities; new Monitoring Content and Platforms including HP Live Network; and many enhancements to the overall usability of the product.

Explore HP's new IT Experts information hub

HP Software’s IT Experts community has undergone a radical facelift and wants to hear what Vivit members think about the changes.

Vivit and HP Software have a long history of working together to offer practitioners opportunities to exchange best practices and find information that can help them get the most out of HP solutions.

With this revamp, the IT Expert community is hoping to make it easier for practitioners to get more out of its resources. Its new easy-to-use information hub is designed to put important content and tools for your job right at your fingertips. You can also now use social media tools to showcase your knowledge, network with peers, and get access to new software releases, product demos, online events and advice from HP.

Vivit will continue to have a presence within the IT Experts community with Vivit discussion forums linked via RSS feeds so you can keep up with posts and news from both sites. Vivit also has its own category for Vivit news and information.

New Support Customer Forums gain momentum!

HPSW Support’s new ‘Support Customer Forums’ are now live for 5 products! Customers who have a valid support contract for our Service Manager, Network Node Manager, Project and Portfolio Management, Functional Testing (QTP), and/or Quality Center products have been granted access to the new forums located in the HP Software Solutions Community. Now in Q3 we will extend this offering to 11 additional products!

This forum format will provide customers who have a valid support contract the opportunity to use a secure environment to discuss technical issues, best practices and "how to” type questions with other customers and with GSD Support Engineers. Our expert teams of HP engineers will be actively monitoring these forums to answer questions. Just one additional way GSD is looking toward the next generation of support and adding value to our customers through enhanced social media channels.

Customers are encouraged to try this method of getting help with product technical issues rather than placing a telephone call or logging an online support ticket. For issues or questions regarding these forums please send an email to swcommunity@hp.com. We look forward to growing this new forum community!
