IT Service Desk KPI Survey

If you are involved with the operation of your IT service desk (regardless of version and vendor), we would greatly appreciate your help with completing a ten minute survey. HP Software is conducting a series of research surveys on key performance indicators (KPIs) tracked by IT users in various solution areas, and we would like to extend this IT service desk-specific research survey to subject matter experts like you. In this survey, we are assessing how well service desk users are performing in terms of actual metrics they are tracking for the common service desk KPIs.

About the survey

This survey is sponsored by the HP Software Customer Advocacy Team. The survey is confidential; neither your name nor your company's name will be associated with your answers. Please be assured that any responses you provide will be used only in combination with those of other survey responses. For those interested, you will also have the option to receive the results of the survey, do a peer-to-peer comparison of your performance/metrics for KPIs and opt-in to hear/share best practices.
