HP Announces Subscription Pricing for HP Service Manager

No more business as usual - HP is thrilled to announce HP Service Manager ā€“ Subscription. Now customers can enjoy a world class, ITIL service desk at virtually half the price of comparable SaaS and on-premise competitive offers. HP Service Manager-Subscription combines on-premise Service Manager with the cloud-like business benefits of subscription pricing. Those who prefer an on-premiseservice desk solution or who require on-premise due to data privacy, security or other compliance issues now can enjoy an unbelievably low total cost of ownership through per user, per month pricing.

HP Service Manager ā€“ Subscription includes all the modules, capabilities and functionality as our on-premise, perpetually licensed HP Service Manager Enterprise Suite including HPā€™s leading ITIL best practices and change management. Support is wrapped into the subscription price to make the pricing simple, easy and affordable.

There is no upfront capital investment, just a per user, per month fee that is paid on an annual basis. A named user is $50/user/month (U.S. List) with 9x5 support or $55/user/month (U.S. List) with 24 x 7 support.
