HP Service Manager 9.32 is now shipping and also available for
download by existing customers. Included in Service Manager 9.32 is Process
Designer for Help Desk which provides codeless configuration for service desk
interactions, incident management, and problem management. 9.32 also includes
enhancements to the service request portal (SRC) and extensions to the Service
Manager mobility coverage. And, there are a number of other improvements.
