We recently extended the availability of our Technical Service Days. Previously Technical Service Days were only available to customers of our Premier support offerings, they are now available to any customer on HP Software Support.
Providing on-site or remote services, Technical Service Days, provide the opportunity to have our skilled software support engineers work with you and your teams to ensure the smooth operation and availability of your HP Software environment.
You could use this time to provide knowledge transfer to increase support skills in your teams, review joint support processes or provide specific expertise for guidance on product configuration, scripting or upgrade planning.
