ELA Management Services – Realize the full value of your Enterprise License Agreement

A new service was introduced to help you realize the full value of their Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs).  This new ELA Management Service will provide you with an ELA Manager who will meet with you on a quarterly basis, to review progress of your deployment, provide advocacy services, discuss deployment plans, advise on available upgrades, and help manage your ELA license entitlements.
