Make Your Summer Brighter with HP Service Anywhere August 2014

Posted By Mary Rassmussen, Thursday, August 21, 2014

Its summertime and the livin’ is easy - and that’s especially true for HP Service Anywhere users. Combining HP SaaS operations and an agile continuous delivery of updates, Service Anywhere users enjoy a seamless and easy update process. The August 2014 update is no exception. Greater benefits, lots of new features, no hassle, and no interruptions to your summer vacation plans as the HP SaaS team pushes the update for you. No more sweating over risky and complex version upgrades – the dog days of summer are gone for Service Anywhere users.

The August 2014 update has enhancements across the application to help users improve their service quality and staff efficiency. Many new enhancements are focused on increasing smart automation, and there is improved connected intelligence through knowledge management to support those automations.

A few new features to be on the lookout for are:  Big Data driven change analytics, “agent to user” chat, agent chat queues, multi-lingual catalog support, catalog bundles, IT News publishing and automated password reset. Also right on the heels of the Operations Orchestration (OO) integration delivered earlier this year, the HP team has delivered a bi-directional integration between Service Anywhere and Service Manager as part of this latest update.

See all the highlights! Register to attend our upcoming webinar on Tuesday, September 23rd to hear about all the new benefits and see live demos of new features. Not a fan of webinars? Consider registering for a free a no-hassle free 30-day trial of HP Service Anywhere August 2014.
