The most recent version of the HP Service Anywhere SaaS service desk is available as of August 30. This release adds a new module for Application Performance Management (APM) on the single platform. It includes significant capabilities for shared service environments including data separation within tenants. This allows a single instance of Service Anywhere to further support central IT and individual departments or Lines of Business (LoBs). September also includes extended capabilities for catalog configuration and request fulfillment enabling smart shopping and automation. Service measurement has also been considerably enhanced to support ITSM process delivery across organizations and vendors.
This release is the latest continuous delivery of HP Service Anywhere providing important value to customers seamlessly with zero downtime. These new capabilities are reflective of our “fit for purpose” design approach to provide maximum value out of the box with individual roles in mind – reducing the amount of customization and configuration required to deploy and maintain. And the September release continues to expand the creative use of big data insight to improve service quality and staff efficiency.
