HP Service Anywhere September Release is now available!

Posted By Chuck Darst, Monday, August 24, 2015

The most recent version of the HP Service Anywhere SaaS service desk is available as of August 30. This release adds a new module for Application Performance Management (APM) on the single platform. It includes significant capabilities for shared service environments including data separation within tenants. This allows a single instance of Service Anywhere to further support central IT and individual departments or Lines of Business (LoBs). September also includes extended capabilities for catalog configuration and request fulfillment enabling smart shopping and automation. Service measurement has also been considerably enhanced to support ITSM process delivery across organizations and vendors.

This release is the latest continuous delivery of HP Service Anywhere providing important value to customers seamlessly with zero downtime. These new capabilities are reflective of our “fit for purpose” design approach to provide maximum value out of the box with individual roles in mind – reducing the amount of customization and configuration required to deploy and maintain. And the September release continues to expand the creative use of big data insight to improve service quality and staff efficiency.

More information can be found on the HP service desk web site and HP ITSM Blog. Additionally, please join a Vivit webinar on September 15 which will provide an overview of the new release along with updates for Service Manager. You can also register for a 30 day free trial on the HP service desk page.
