In June HPE introduced a new on-premises ITSM offering, HPE ITSM Automation Suite. It provides software and licenses required to build your ITSM solution, ranging from a Big Data service desk to comprehensive use cases like Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM).
HPE ITSMA Suite 2016.10 is based on latest releases Service Manager 9.50, CMS 10.30, and Asset Manager 9.61. It further increases user experience and IT efficiency by introducing a new service portal, additional Big Data functionality, chat including virtual agent, and event-based discovery to name a few. HPE ITSMA Suite is available in two editions:

HPE continues to offer the Customer Appreciation Program (CAP) for existing Service Manager customers. It allows customers to optimize current license entitlements and gain the capability and value of Smart Analytics at a very attractive price. As a result, the customer will end up with all Service Manager modules including Smart Analytics synchronized to the same quantities. This eliminates license audit concerns across modules and radically simplifies ongoing contract administration.
