Join us for another great day of networking and learning. The agenda is focused on the ITSM crowd: HP Service Desk, ServiceCenter, and Service Manager users. The topics on our fall agenda are requested topics by the group for initiatives many are planning 2012. I hope you can join us!

10:00-10:30 – Registration, networking 

10:30-11:30 – Working with HP Support for Effective and Efficient Resolutions (Rick Pettitt, Director of Support for HP)            
          This is your chance to learn more from management of HP support on how to best work with support, get your issues resolved quickly, and provide HP support with your comments and suggestions. 

11:30-1:00 – Networking Lunch 
         Lunch will include networking time as well as a few rounds of ITSM Bingo to win free Thanksgiving Turkeys!

1:00-2:15- One Stop Shopping using the Service Catalog (Keith Flournoy, HP)        
            Join a discussion around using the Service Catalog as the conduit for IT Requests, Proposals, and Changes.  2:15-3:00 – Break 

3:00-4:00 – TIPA Driven ITSM - You get what you measure (Jeb McIntyre, Third Sky)
            TIPA is the open source ITIL process maturity assessment methodology, and is designed to help organizations understand where they are and what they should do regarding ITIL in order to achieve the greatest value with the least investment. Organizations will learn more about how to self assess if they so desire. TIPA for ITIL combines the well-known process assessment standard ISO/IEC 15504 with IT Service Management best practices described in ITIL. 

3:30-4:30 – Speed Networking Game                
            This is your chance to meet everyone in the group and exchange contact information to keep in touch between meetings!
