You are warmly invited to join us at the next HP BSM Special Interest Group taking place in London on Tuesday 18th October at which customers and HP specialists will share experiences, best practices and the latest product developments in a combination of plenary and breakout sessions.

The morning sessions will be customer led and will be complemented by an insight into HP's BSM product strategy and roadmap.

This year we welcome Derren Benton from Barclays Bank and Ed Jackson from InTechnology who will share their company backgrounds, the challenges and requirements they currently face and provide an overview of how BSM monitoring is helping to meet those challenges.

The afternoon sessions will consist of 2 breakout sessions with 3 parallel tracks and will be led by HP's Product Management and Pre-Sales experts. These sessions will cover Operations Manager, Network Node Manager i and Application Performance Manager.

To cater for customers' differing needs you will be asked to select which afternoon tracks you wish to attend when you register. The Deep-Dive tracks will provide in-depth overviews of the product and the Wash-up tracks a general overview.
