Carrie Iwanowski, HP Request Management and Service Catalog consultant, will present on HP’s new release of SRC. Attend her interactive product demonstration and ask questions relative to your environment and goals. 12:30pm to 1:30pm: HP Change Management/Process Designer
John Stagaman, AMP HP Service Manager Senior Consultant, will conduct an interactive presentation on Change/Process Designer. John has extensive experience with Service Manager, having designed and implemented Incident and Change Management for highly visible customers. His in depth knowledge of the Service Manager technology is extensive and he has been recognized by HP for his participation in the HP online community. He is an expert you do not want to miss! (He is also known for his sense of humor, so be prepared for an entertaining yet informative presentation!)15 minutes for questions/answers)

1:45pm to 2:45 pm: Service Manager and Testing/ALM and Service Manager Integrations
Joey Howe, HP ALM Senior Consultant, will connect the "Dev Opps dots” and present his expertise regarding the value of testing when deploying a Service Manager re-implementation, upgrade, or additional modules. He will also speak to several integrations that exist between Service Manager and HP ALM tools .
This is an aspect that many Service Manger customers want to have a better grasp on and is an exciting addition to the typical agenda these Vivit meetings provide. Mr. Howe was an SA for HP for many year; he also brings real world experience on this topic during his time spent leading an appliations team at Bank of America. (15 minutes for questions/answers
