Join StrataCom and your HP Service Manager Minnesota colleagues for another great user group event. This user group meeting will focus on IT Service Management. 3M will host our group at their Tartan Park facility and will share a presentation surrounding their recent implementation of HP Service Manager and related tools.

StrataCom will lead a conversation surrounding real world challenges and successes on the Change Management Topic. The afternoon will offer a free CMS training course from HP. This customer seminar will cover CMS 10.0: UCMDB, UCMDB Configuration Manager, Universal Discovery and UCMDB Browser. It will help the participants understand the new features of the UCMDB 10.0 and also introduce them to more details about

 a.    Configuration Manager – what it is and the value it brings to an organization

 b.    Universal Discovery – the architecture and what it brings to existing DDMA and DDMI customers

 c.    UCMDB Browser – a look at the new widgets and its new search capability
