Service Manager Roadmap
Service Catalog and implementing a Service Catalog with the HP tools
Scott Knox - HP Senior Product Manager for Service Manager
I am Senior Product Manager for Service Manager. I have been manning the post for 10 years and working in various technical roles with the product since 1996. I love Service Manager, our ecosystem, and our customers and I am committed to do my best to keep you appraised of what is going on. I will even try to keep you entertained as I do so. Oh and BTW... I not only express my creativity in writing but I am also a fairly accomplished oil painter.
Kash Noorani - HP Senior Product Manager
I am a Senior Product Manager working in various capacities on Service Manager as well as Service Anywhere. I joined HP recently and am super excited to meet our most passionate users. I am especially interested in hearing your thoughts around how you are solving or planning to solve challenges in service desk analytics, compliance reporting, user experience and mobility. I have a 4-year old highly-energetic and mischievous boy who keeps my wife and I on our toes. Chasing after him is also my pre-Christmas diet regimen.
Scott and Kash will present HP's roadmap.
Lauren Stoewer - Senior Application Analyst on ITIL applications team at McCormick
Lynne Tomchuk - Manager of ITIL applications team at McCormick
Lauren and Lynne will share how McCormick is streamlining processes, empowering users and cutting out the middle man by implementing Service Request Catalog globally. By using the Service Request Catalog to support their service and support portal, McCormick is reducing the number of calls and emails to the helpdesk for ticket creation and routing. The Service Request Catalog enables our end users to order hardware, software and services, as well as track orders to final delivery and consumption. McCormick has rolled out these ad-hoc processes globally, in multiple languages, and is working now with HR to utilize these ad-hoc processes to automate new user onboarding and other HR requests in a global capacity. Learn from our experiences so you can benefit from deploying Service Request Catalog as well.
