Hear how Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) successfully implemented HPE Performance Center 12.53 to support performance testing throughout the bank. Installing modern software applications is often pretty straightforward…. often “next > next > next etc.” Well that may be how it works in the lab, but often this isn’t the case when your application infrastructure is locked down in a secure corporate environment.

In this roundtable session, Richard Bishop and Richard Peel will discuss some of the difficulties that they faced when implementing Performance Center 12.53 and LoadRunner 12.53 clients in LBG. They’ll describe what went well, what didn’t, and give advice on the things to avoid when migrating from LoadRunner to Performance Center or upgrading from an earlier version. They’ll wrap by describing “things we might do differently next time”, giving an opportunity for a group discussion and chance to share tips and tricks for implementing and then managing Performance Center.
