HP Product Management and Vivit colleagues held a lively one hour webinar providing an overview of what’s new in the HP ITSM area – specifically covering HP Service Manager 9.30 and HP Asset Manager 9.30. The PowerPoint slide decks provide an overview of what’s new for the two products. A questions and answers file along with the presenters' slide decks provide pointers to resources with more information.

Jacques has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, from Independent Software Vendors to Network Equipment Providers, in various roles in software engineering, engineering management, product management and business management. He holds a M.Sc. from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications of Paris, France.

Daniel Galecki

Daniel was born and raised in Poland. After moving to Canada, Daniel obtained Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario.
After graduation, Daniel joined his first software company in 1996 and has worked in pre-sales for MKS Inc and Novadigm Inc until HP's acquisition of Novadigm Inc. in 2004. He continues to work at HP and in 2007 had transitioned from pre-sales into product management.
In his capacity as product manager, Daniel originally managed components of HP Client Automation Enterprise before moving to take on the role for HP DDMI and finally becoming the Product Line Manager for HP Asset Manager products.
