Just a short note to let you know about our next Vivit event which is scheduled for the morning of Tuesday, September 27 and will represent both IT Service Management and an Apps / Testing track with the following agenda:     

1.    Registration and continental breakfast.

2.    Welcome and general housekeeping – membership, scheduling, etc.., 

3.    "Overview & roadmap" of HP’s Service Management and Apps / Testing software centers – current features and functionality, best      practices and what’s coming in future releases

 

4.    "Ask the Expert” – an open forum / discussion for each track.   Bring your questions, problems, successes and discuss with your      industry peers and HP representatives for an open discussion and  an opportunity to share knowledge and best practices. 

     

5.    Wrap up and adjournment 

3 and 4 will be breakout sessions so you can attend whichever track best interests you.  The event will be from 8:30 am to noon at 935 de La Gauchetiere Street West in downtown Montreal.
