This event is focused on information and inspiration and brings together the Silicon Valley Agile community for a full day of learning Agile and Lean practices. This will be one of the largest, most exciting Agile gatherings in the Silicon Valley - and it will change the way you think about Agile and Lean practices. Led by the Silicon Valley’s leading Agile experts with many interactive activities, including: • Keynote speakers (Including Rich Sheridan, CEO of Menlo Innovations – recognized leader on "Agile" in the enterprise…and his innovative process the "Menlo Way”) • 15+ hands-on workshops (choose from a variety of different tracks, with sessions facilitated by leading Agile Visionaries). Tracks include: (1) Agile Leadership, (2) Coaching, Managing, and Facilitation, (3) Scaling Agile for the Enterprise, (4) Effective Use of Agile Work Practices, and (5) Lean Start Up/ Lean UX. • Hands-on working groups include "Agile Coach's Corner discussion" and "Agile WorkBench” with Technology, Tools and process flows for Start-up and Enterprise teams • And the networking Agile Reception (4-6 PM) to meet others from around the Bay Area.
