Has anyone here attended? If so, what are your impressions? Are the improvement initiatives HP has undertaken are making any difference?

I recently received another invite to sit on one of these calls. The $150 membership cost isn't an impossibility... I'm just wondering if its all worth it. In the experience of those of you who've listened in... is HP really listening to the input? Are they really affecting positive change?
