HPSA - HP Service Activation [ Information Request ]

Hi guys.

My company is dealing with HP now and bought HPSA. I'm going to make a training during 30 days ( hands on training) so I've been looking to Manuals I have from HPSA Administration, well I'm new in HP so can anyone provide me info about HPSA ? - Does anyone used before ? - How it is ? - Any complains ? - Which ? - Bugs... ?! ...

There's something I'm dieing to know and probably one of you might kill me the HPSA will be implement into a MPLS Network. I still thinking how Am I going to make the configuration from new Cisco Router added to the network automatically from the HPSA ? - Or Everytime a router is added it must be manually configured !?!?!? - I don't believe this.
