G'day All

Just wanted some information about the ability/functionality of PPM to monitor, track and realise benefits even AFTER a Project has been closed

From what I have seen "Out of the Box" , benefits can NOT be monitored, tracked or realised once a project has been closed

Am I correct in this view or does PPM have the ability to do the above once project has been closed?

Or is this a customisation? If so, how complex & costly is this to build and implement?

Thanks for your help people!

George

Hi George.
This is George replying. I have not, to date, seen anything about benefits tracking in PPM once the project is closed. There is a limited benefits tracking in terms of Financial Management when you can calculate the EV and ROI, but I haven't seen the facility to track other quantifiable or non-quantifiable benefits besides financial ones through PPM.

It would be interesting to hear from others in this forum as to how they are tracking benefits using the product. Does it work for them, I wonder?
Does it work for you?
