Vivit is pleased to have a program that awards points to the members who are the most active participants on our website.
  • The member who earns the most points each year will be recognized as the Top Virtual Contributor of the Year.

  • One member will be recognized from the EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions at HP Discover in December with the other EMEA and Asia-Pacific award winners: Leader of the Year, Champion of the Year & Speaker of the Year.

  • One member will be recognized from the Americas region at HP Discover in June with the other Americas award winners: Leader of the Year, Champion of the Year & Speaker of the Year.

  • Each month, the top ten members with the highest points for that month will be recognized in Vivit's monthly newsletter.

There are three levels you can obtain based on points earned. Our hope is all members will "go for the gold!” Don’t miss out! Start earning points today!

Activities and Points for the Vivit Awards Program
Action Points/Score Instructions
Sign in to the site 10 Sign in on the top right or right side of the website using your username and password. If you forgot your password, simply click on the button to reset it.
Rate any post: Blogs, Forums, News 20 At the top of every Blog or Forum post, click on the Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down to rate the post or reply.
Post to the Blogs & Forums 25 Post to any Local User Group (LUG) or SIG Forum or Blog found on their respective home pages or participate in the Vivit Community Forums or Vivit Community Blog (Blog & Forums>>Vivit Community Forums/Blog).
Comment on Blogs & Forums 20 Simply click on the comment section at the bottom of the blog or forums.
Register for an event 10 Do this through Vivit’s Community Calendar. Always sign into the website before registering for an event.
Attend an event 30 After you participate in an event for which you have registered, a site administrator will mark you as having attended the event.
Refer another member 20 On the right rail of the website, click on Refer a Friend to send information to a friend or colleague about Vivit.
Upload photo to the Gallery 10 On the right rail of every Local User Group (LUG) or SIG home page, contribute to the Photo Album by uploading photos of Vivit-related items (subject to individual approval)
Upload resume 15 From the Manage Profile link (right rail), follow the Networking & Careers: Resume/CV link to create your customized resume visible on your profile.
Apply to a job posting 10 Follow the Careers & Training>>Career Center navigation to search for job openings that may interest you.
Open a bulk email 25 Make sure you have opted in to receive our general and Local User Group (LUG)/SIG related emails.
Create a new connection 10 Find someone you know using the Community Search (left rail), or follow a profile link from theLocal User Group (LUG)/SIG pages. At the top of the profile, click on "Connect” to add the Vivit member as a connection.
Add a social network 10 From the Manage Profile area, click on Content & Features>>Networks to add a link from your Vivit profile to your LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook or any other social media platform.
Please Note: All points are accumulative and will be carried over from month to month for a time period that is determined by Vivit. Also, in order to qualify for the Top Contributor of the Year award, the points must be diversified and to come from at least 4 different actions as outlined above. Members are only allowed to receive this award one time. Vivit Board and staff are not eligible for the award. This program can be changed or discontinued by Vivit at any time.

Robbie Clay-Ament
Vivit Member

Robbie Clay-Ament, Advisor IT Risk, Delta Air Lines, received the Top Virtual Contributor Award for her participation in and contributions to Vivit’s website which is the hub of the worldwide community. She has been a member since 2011, and she engages with other members around the world by moderating webinars, spreading the news of user group activities through social media and the Vivit website, and contributing posts to the Configuration Management System and HP Service Management special interest groups.  

Clay-Ament has been involved in ITSM and Configuration Management since 2001 and has been at Delta Air Lines in Atlanta for 20 years. She is the advisor and domain architect in the IT Operations and PMO areas.

Steve Williams
Vivit Member
Steve Williams, GTM and Offering Manager for HP Helion Managed Cloud Broker for HP Enterprise Services, received the Top Virtual Contributor Award for his participation in and contributions to Vivit’s website which is the hub of the worldwide community.

Williams works with the US Public Sector region and is based in Maryland near Washington, D.C. For the last 15 years, he has helped enterprise customers evolve into agile IT by utilizing enterprise automation solutions and focusing on process enrichment for true IT and business transformations

Jan Czajkowski
Sweden Chapter Leader
Jan Czajkowski received the Top Virtual Contributor Award for his participation in and contributions to Vivit’s website which is the hub of the worldwide community. He has been a member since 2007 and co-leads the Swedish Local User Group, HUGS, serving on the Board for the past five years and as the Chairperson for the past year and a half. Czajkowski is a frequent contributor to forums discussing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) / Quality Center related topics, like the HPE community forums, TDForums, LinkedIn, and Vivit forums. He also participates in all online Board of Directors nominations and elections.

Czajkowski is a Quality Center Consultant at SQS Sweden with over 14 years of experience in ALM/Quality Center as well as Unified Functional Testing. He has been working with a great number of customers in Sweden and Norway, implementing upgrades, workshops, mentoring, and day-to-day maintenance. Czajkowski has been teaching HPE courses on Quality Center and Quick Test Professional in the Nordics during the past 9 years, and he also created his own two-day course in Quality Center Scripting. In 2015, he received the Leader of the Year Award.
