The Operations Bridge team is proud to announce Operations Bridge Suite 2017.08 has been released. Operations Bridge is the industry’s first containerized IT Operations product which automatically reduces operations data noise, proactively detects problems, rapidly executes remediation and improves collaboration across tool silos leading to 70x faster root cause, 50% less MTTR and reduction in overall cost of IT Operations.

New in this release:

Hybrid Cloud Monitoring

  • Agentless cloud monitoring with SiteScope
  • AWS PaaS platform [RDS] and auto-scaling support including discovery, monitoring and performance dashboards
  • Azure Stack monitoring [On-premise] and Azure SQL DB support

Consolidation and reduction of noise

  • Micro Focus AppManager event integration into Operation Bridge
  • Collect once store once puts all data in one Vertica data base
  • ChatBot supports Microsoft Teams in addition to Slack and Mattermost

Dashboards and Reporting

  • Business Value Dashboard (BVD) uses SQL to pull data from collect once store once
  • BVD widgets now show historical data in addition to real-time data
  • New APIs for BVD widget customization

Root Cause Analysis and Remediation

  • Performance and light weight analytics build on collect once store once

User Experience

  • HTML5 policy editor allows more specific log ingestion and processing of structured log files
