We have recently acquired two new research papers for you. The Gartner Market Guide for IT Infrastructure Monitoring Tools talks about the current state of IT monitoring and where the industry is going with recommendations on what to look for in IT monitoring tools

Second, Digital Enterprise Journal has recently completed its research study The Roadmap to Becoming a Top Performing Organizations in Managing IT Operations. We don’t see research like this often; it compares top performers to all respondents. An example, “74% of top performers are more likely to have capabilities for real-time analysis of streaming data.” This is a great resource to help you develop best practices by looking at what the top performers are doing.
